We designed and made these beds for two brothers, both of whom got very keenly involved in the whole process!

Jonah is a big Arsenal fan, so got red beds; sleeping on the top one and using the lower, wider one to accommodate multi-player gaming sessions as well as sleepovers. He also managed to persuade his parents (with some help from us) that climbing holds is a much cooler way of getting up into bed than a ladder.

Milo wanted a cave with a desk and plenty of space for toys under his bunk. The box is on wheels and has a lift off seat lid. There’s also a secret compartment in one end of the bed that nobody else knows is there….
